As anyone working in law enforcement knows, the duty gear can be rather expensive. I was recently looking to upgrade my X26 to the newer X2 Taser®, however did not have the $1,500 to dish out. I came across Accredited from a co-worker that purchased a refurbished*** X2 Taser for cheap. His taser has had no malfunctions and has been deployed on duty effectively. Upon inspection, one of the cartridges seemed to not be connecting with the taser. I noticed the company email and received an email over the weekend from the representative. I was informed that when they returned to the office on monday they would ship out another cartridge immediately and send me the tracking information. No Hassle and no back and forth. They understand that getting the gear back into the fight is crucial and that customer service means everything in today's society. I received the replacement today and am very happy with this company's customer service and deals. I will definitely refer the rest of my department.

Thanks much for expeditious handling of our Taser issue. I received the new one today, switched battery packs with the existing one, and it fired up just as it should! I appreciate the spare cartridges and believe me when I say that any inconvenience was negligible. If only everyone did business in such a manner....
I have the return label and copy of the letter, along with the Taser/battery pack insert as well. Please let me know if I should send it in the hard case or bubble-wrapped inside a box and I'll find an appropriate one to send this out either Saturday or Monday.
